Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay with GST compliance.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (PRD Requirement)
We want you to be completely satisfied with NetSynq. If you subscribe to any paid plan (Monthly ₹49, 6-Month ₹249, or Yearly ₹449) and decide that NetSynq is not right for you, you can request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, simply email us at support@netsynq.com or send a request via our Contact Form. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your NetSynq subscription at any time directly from your dashboard under Dashboard -> Settings -> Billing:
- No Lock-In: There are no cancellation fees or penalty charges.
- Active Until End of Period: Upon cancellation, your paid plan and published page remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Grace Period & Expiration: When your paid billing period ends, your page remains live for 7 days with a small notice, then goes offline cleanly with a friendly message (*"This page is not available right now"*).
3. Content Preservation Assurance
Your content is never deleted due to cancellation or non-payment. All your profile details, project case studies, custom configurations, and contact lists remain safely stored in your private dashboard database. Upgrading or restarting your subscription at any time instantly restores your live page exactly as it was.
4. Razorpay Payment Gateway & GST Invoicing
All subscription payments, credit/debit card transactions, UPI payments, and net banking options are processed through Razorpay. NetSynq does not store raw credit card details on its servers. Downloadable PDF invoices with GST details are available inside your Billing settings.
