Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Account Eligibility

By creating a NetSynq account, accessing our builder, or using our public services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your login credentials.

2. 7-Day Free Trial & Subscription Terms

NetSynq offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features:

• No credit card or payment authorization is required to start the trial.
• At the end of 7 days, your account remains active, but publishing live edits requires selecting a paid plan (Monthly at ₹49/mo, 6 Months at ₹249, or Yearly at ₹449).
• Your published portfolio stays live for a 7-day grace period after trial expiry. If unpaid after Day 15, it goes offline cleanly with a "This page is not available right now" message.
• Content is never deleted due to non-payment. Paying at any time restores your live page instantly.

3. Username Policy & Trademark Reclaiming Rule

When you register, you claim a unique handle (`netsynq.com/username`). However, username claims are subject to fair allocation rules:

• No Username Squatting: Registering handles for the purpose of reselling or hoarding is prohibited.
• Trademark & Institution Reclaiming Clause (PRD Specification): NetSynq explicitly reserves the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains and usernames that match registered corporate trademarks, official brand handles, or accredited educational institutions upon receiving a verified request.

4. Acceptable Content & Abuse Prevention

You retain 100% ownership of the text, images, and projects you publish on NetSynq. However, the following content types are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate page suspension:

• Phishing pages, scam forms, or deceptive impersonation.
• Malware distribution, unauthorized scripts, or illegal content.
• Harassment, abusive material, or hate speech.

Visitors can submit abuse reports directly on public pages. Reports are reviewed by the NetSynq team inside our admin panel.

5. Service Availability & Modification

We strive for continuous uptime and performance. NetSynq reserves the right to update platform features, templates, or system tools to maintain security and operational health.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
